Qualifications
Medicare is health insurance and available to these individuals:
- Age 65 and older
- Under age 65 with certain disabilities
- Under age with end-stage renal disease

Applying for Medicare
The time to apply for Medicare is prior to your 65th birthday. The enrollment period is seven months – begins three months before turn 65 and ends three months after month of 65th birthday.
