Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Franklin County, Ohio only). 
A referral service that connects people to agencies. They publish a directory of resources in February, which is timely until July, because by mid-summer many of the agencies run out of money. The directory has 1200 agencies which provide over 5000 services, such as assistance with emergency shelters, soup kitchens, community health clinics, clothing, heating bill assistance, rent or mortgage help, clothing and food pantries and dental care.
